·Warranty period is 18 months since the date of consignment or 12 months since the date of trial test. It counts by the one reaches first. .
·If you reported any defection in written form in warranty period, and we would relative adopt approaches or exchange goods to eliminate the defection in rational time freely.

After-sale Service
·Our after-sale service division and professional after-sale service staff are in charge of installation guide and debugging, etc for big-scale projects; A full range of pre-sale, on-sale and after-sale service network is completed.
·In installation, we appoint one engineer to offer spot installation and training services, including main parts and basic maintenance, working principles, key procedures in start and stop. Training time is confirmed by negotiation.
·In debugging, we appoint one engineer to offer spot debugging guide services, including installation of inspection system, operation guide, stimulated operation conditions, system debugging. Both sides negotiate the time.
·Please inform us for the above services ahead 10 working days and offer assistance under rational demands.
